In-depth law of obligations
The Diplôme d'établissement Droit des obligations approfondi is designed for all legal practitioners (including magistrates, lawyers, notaries, judicial commissioners and company legal managers) who wish to attend one or more sessions covering the following topics:
- the legal act (validity of the contract, binding force, penalties for non-performance, etc.).
- legal facts (personal liability, vicarious liability, property liability, etc.).
- general system of obligations (payment, assignment of contract, delegation, etc.)
Each session will take a practical, up-to-date approach to analyzing a specific topic, taking particular account of the contributions arising from the February 10, 2016 ordinance.

Training to become a mediator
Aimed at professionals in the health and social fields, this diploma develops the subjective and relational skills required by the role of mediator.
