Crisis Management
(University diploma open exclusively to continuing education students)
In a globalized world of great uncertainty, the ability to manage a crisis has become essential for any socio-economic structure.
To promote the acquisition of operational skills, the University Diploma in Crisis Management has been designed on a model that combines knowledge and know-how, thanks to recognized experts in the field.
Managing a crisis means knowing how to act throughout the triptych: before, during and after the event. It means mastering the human factor, communication and resource planning.
This training course is eligible for the CPF (Mon Compte Formation).
