Skills development plan

The skills development plan enables employees to take part in training programs initiated by their employer, to help them adapt to their workstations, maintain their skills and contribute to skills development within the company.

This system lists all the training programs set up by employers for their employees, some of which are compulsory.

The notion of training action has been simplified, with a new definition: a training action is an educational program designed to achieve a professional objective. It is now possible to carry out on-the-job training (AFEST), in addition to face-to-face training or all or part of it by distance learning.
