PRO-A
The Pro-A scheme enables employees to change jobs or benefit from a promotion through training leading to a diploma or professional qualification, by means of asandwich course.
The following employees are concerned:
- permanent employment contracts (CDI)
- beneficiaries of a single integration contract (CUI) for an indefinite period
- professional athletes or trainers on fixed-term contracts (CDD)
- placed on part-time working
To be eligible for this scheme, employees must not have attained a level of qualification attested by a professional certification registered in the French National Register of Professional Certifications (RNCP) and corresponding to a bachelor's degree.
