CDPI/CIPI (Interim)

The CDPI ( contrat de développement professionnel des intérimaires - professional development contract for temporary workers ) is a way of supplementing the experience gained on temporary work assignments with training.
The aim of training is to improve qualifications and increase access to more highly qualified temporary work assignments, or directly to permanent jobs.

The CIPI ( Contrat d'Insertion Professionnelle Intermaire - Interim Professional Integration Contract ) enables jobseekers who are no longer in the job market and who are experiencing difficulties integrating or reintegrating into the workforce, due to their age, a disability, or their professional, social or family situation, to enter a trade or re-establish contact with the professional world.
The CIPI is designed to meet the specific needs of a user company by building an individualized training program, and to cover the training costs of the employee and tutor, as well as any additional costs.
