Short Course: Working as a Work-Study Program Mentor
Training to become a mentor for work-study students (under apprenticeship and/or professional training contracts) enables youto provide the best possible support to your new hires.
In this short training course, you will learn about the challenges of work-study programs, the role of the mentor, the mentee’s development within the company and at school, the different stages of mentoring, and the transfer of knowledge, skills, and interpersonal skills.
Designed by our development teams, this training program is tailored to your needs in terms of format (in-person and/or online, small groups, modular structure) and the customization of case studies based on your experiences.

Mentoring in the workplace and at training centers(key players, their roles, the learner’s responsibilities and obligations, communication with the mentor, etc.)

Sharing experiences and peer-to-peer exchanges(group workshops, monitoring tools, etc.)

Feedback and evaluations(multiple perspectives, with a focus on the mentee’s evaluation and overall assessment)
