Practical training
With a focus on a hands-on approach (60% of the course time is devoted to practical exercises) in small groups (maximum 12 participants), this training program enables you to earn the first level of certification required to become a KNX Partner. The content of the Short Home Automation Training Course meets the specifications of the “KNX International” organization. Thus, by completing this training, you will be registered as a partner in the KNX Association’s international database.
Enabling the acquisition of practical skills
By the end of this training, you will have mastered the concepts of the KNX system:
- Bus wiring guidelines, hardware knowledge
- Principles of Inter-Device Communication
- Programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting a system using ETS6 software
40 hours of training spread over 5 days
Developed in collaboration withthe Montpellier-Sète University Institute of Technology (IUT), the "Home Automation: KNX Certified Installer" course consists of 40 hours of training spread over 5 days, including:
- 16 hours of classroom instruction
- 24 hours of practical work (including a 5-hour exam)
