New Training Course – Generative AI for Executives and Managers
This comprehensive, structured training course will teach you how to master generative AI and transform your organization.
The objective: To enable executives and managers to gain a practical understanding of what generative AI can do, to use it effectively in their daily work, and to identify and prioritize opportunities for integrating AI into their organization (departments, processes, business lines), while addressing governance, data, and adoption challenges.

Thibaut Patouillard
As the head of a consulting firm specializing in the operational integration of artificial intelligence, Thibaut Patouillard has been helping executives at small and medium-sized businesses and mid-market companies apply AI in practical, day-to-day ways for several years.
His approach is resolutely pragmatic: he starts with the business functions, existing processes, and the company’s real-world constraints. He provides both training and strategic guidance to help turn AI into a measurable driver of productivity.

Program
This micro-certification consists of 23 hours of in-person training, divided into one full day (7 hours) and four half-days (4 hours each), with one half-day per week.
