In a globalized world marked by significant uncertainty, the ability to manage a crisis has become essential.

Developing the right reflexes, knowing how to manage the human factor, communication, and resource planning before, during, and after the crisis—these are skills that cannot be improvised.

That is whythe School of Safety, Environment, and Quality (ESEQ) and the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Montpellier have developed the University Diploma in Crisis Management.

To promote the development of practical skills, the University Diploma in Crisis Management was designed using a model that combines knowledge and expertise, thanks to recognized experts in the field.

Managing a crisis means knowing how to respond throughout the entire process: before, during, and after the event. It means being able to manage the human factor, communication, and resource planning.
